Welcome to Genuine Learning Institute. These Terms of Use govern your use of our
website, services, and courses, including live classes, conversation classes, and self-
paced classes offered online.
By enrolling in our courses, creating an account, or accessing any part of the Genuine
Learning Institute platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
To enroll in a course at Genuine Learning Institute, you must:
 Be at least 13 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18).
 Provide accurate and complete registration information.
 Agree to use your account only for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
2. Courses Offered
GLI provides:
    Live Classes: Scheduled classes with an instructor.
 Conversation Classes: Interactive sessions focused on real-life speaking practice.
 Self-Paced Classes: Flexible courses that you can complete at your own speed.
Each class may have its own structure, assignments, and expectations for completion.
3. Account Access
Upon enrollment, you will receive login credentials to access your student account. This
account allows you to:

•  Participate in scheduled classes.
•  Submit activities and coursework.
•  Track your progress and view certificates.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for
all activities under your account.

4. Course Duration and Completion
Courses are structured in levels:
 Level 1: Designed for 12 months of study.

 Level 2: Designed for 18 months of study.
Students who successfully complete all required coursework and meet course
objectives within the given time frame will receive a Certificate of Completion.
5. Certificates
Certificates are awarded digitally upon successful completion of your course level.
Certificates:

•  Are issued under the name you provide upon enrollment.
•  Indicate completion of Level 1 or Level 2 of ESL study at GLI.
•  Have no guaranteed academic or professional accreditation unless otherwise specified.

6. Student Conduct
All students are expected to:

•  Participate respectfully in live and conversation classes.
•  Submit original work and not engage in cheating or plagiarism.
•  Use the platform only for educational purposes and not for unauthorized commercial or illegal activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this policy.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation policies are outlined separately in our Refund Policy (link to be
provided). Please review these before enrolling.
8. Technology Requirements
Students must ensure they have:

•  Reliable internet access.
•  A compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
•  Any necessary software or tools specified in course requirements.

We are not responsible for technical difficulties on the user's end.
9. Modifications to Services

We may update, modify, or discontinue courses or features at any time. If a material
change affects your ongoing course, we will provide reasonable notice via email or
platform notifications.
10. Limitation of Liability
GLI is not liable for:

•  Any interruption of services due to technical issues beyond our control.
•  Loss of data or unauthorized access to accounts.
•  Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

11. Privacy

understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to
its conflict of law principles.
